For Organizations and Groups

Financial education delivered to your team

Adapted sessions for organizations, cooperatives, community groups, and workplaces. Content grounded in the banking products your members actually use.

Financial literacy works better in community

When people learn together, they ask different questions. They share experiences. They recognize patterns in their own banking relationships that they might not notice alone.

Group Learning Dynamics

Shared sessions generate questions that individual study does not. Participants often recognize situations in each other's experiences that clarify their own.

Adapted Content

Sessions are tailored to the specific banking products and situations most relevant to the group. A cooperative has different needs than a company payroll team.

Flexible Scheduling

Sessions can be scheduled around your organization's calendar. Half-day formats, multi-session series, or compact single sessions are all possible.

In-Person or Remote

Sessions are available in person for groups in Ecuador or remotely for distributed teams and organizations with members across multiple locations.

Three ways to bring financial education to your group

Foundation Session

A single focused session covering the essentials of everyday banking products. How accounts work, what fees mean, what to check in a contract. Suitable for groups with no prior financial education background.

Topic Series

A sequence of sessions, each focused on one area. Contracts in session one. Fees and statements in session two. Digital banking in session three. Participants build knowledge progressively.

Workshop with Tools

A hands-on session where participants work through actual documents. Reviewing a sample contract, decoding a bank statement, building a list of questions for their own bank. Practical from start to finish.

Organizations we work with

Credit unions and savings cooperatives (cooperativas de ahorro)

Small and medium-sized businesses with employee financial wellness programs

Community organizations and neighborhood associations

Non-governmental organizations working with underserved communities

Educational institutions seeking financial literacy content for students

Municipal and local government programs for citizen financial education

Sessions designed around your group's reality

Before any session, we discuss your group's context. What banking products do your members use? What questions come up most often? What situations have caused confusion or unexpected costs?

The session content is then shaped around those specifics. Generic financial education is widely available. What we offer is grounded in the actual banking landscape that your group navigates.

All participants receive the relevant guides and tools. These are designed to be kept and used beyond the session itself.
